Wild pili nuts, made slowly by hand.
Our pili nuts grow wild in the volcanic soil of Bicol in the Philippines. Each one is cracked and peeled by hand, then activated for 62 hours and gently dried, so it stays raw and easy to digest.
Great Taste Award winner

Great Taste is a blind tasting run by the Guild of Fine Food in the UK, judged by chefs, buyers and food writers. Here is what the judges said about our pili nuts.

Grown on a volcano, picked from the wild
The pili is a tropical nut with a soft, buttery bite. It is rare outside the Philippines, and most of it comes from one region.
Volcanic grown
Our pili trees grow on the mineral rich volcanic soil of Bicol. A tree takes about seven years to bear its first fruit.
Wild harvested
We source from wild trees, many of them in family backyards. No fertilisers and no pesticides.
Made by hand
Every shell is cracked open with a knife and every brown skin is peeled away by hand.
Naturally nourishing
Pili nuts are naturally rich in magnesium and vitamin E, and very low in carbohydrates.
Raw and activated
