Inspired by Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric milk has been drunk for centuries for its healing benefits. Here is our vegan version of a classic - comforting, warm, and rich turmeric paired with nutritious pili nut milk with a hint of sweetness.

INGREDIENTS
120ml water
30g Pili Pushers Ginger & Turmeric pili nuts
½ teaspoon raw honey
Pinch of black pepper
Optional
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
Substitute raw honey with Anaya Trigona honey
METHOD
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend for 3 minutes.
Enjoy unstrained or strained
