Recipe: Golden Pili Latte

Inspired by Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric milk has been drunk for centuries for its healing benefits. Here is our vegan version of a classic - comforting, warm, and rich turmeric paired with nutritious pili nut milk with a hint of sweetness.

This recipe is:

· Vegan

· Paleo

· Dairy-free

INGREDIENTS

  • 120ml water

  • 30g Pili Pushers Ginger & Turmeric pili nuts

  • ½ teaspoon raw honey

  • Pinch of black pepper

Optional

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

  • Substitute raw honey with Anaya Trigona honey

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend for 3 minutes.

  2. Enjoy unstrained or strained
